Praktis took up the asset management of the business center located at 31-33 Dnepropetrovskaya Street in St. Petersburg. The business center Magistral occupies two four-story Buildings/ The total floor area of Class C office space and storage facilities is 2 800 and 600 sqm, respectively. The office space rental rates range from 675 to 890 rubles per sqm a month, including VAT, utilities, cleaning and security services. The warehouse space is leased at 405-432 rubles per sqm. The building"s former occupant was SRI Project Elektromontazh. Now the property is owned by a private landlord who handed it over to Praktis for asset management.
