New anchor for the Lider02.10.2007 The anchor tenant of the Leader shopping and office center at Konstitucii sq., 1 in St.Petersburg will be a Grossmart supermarket from Marta holding who was rented 2,800 sqm on the first floor. It will be a second Grossmart supermarket in St.Petersburg. Grossmart has signed a ten-year lease for the Leader, the rental rate has not been discloused. The center is carrantly under construction. At complition the 11-story, 38,000 sqm retail and office center will include 7,000 sqm of stores and catering outlets on the first two floors. It will be comissioned this year. The project"s developer is Stroyindustria-N and brokerage services are being provided by Praktis CB. At the and of summer the anchor of the second floor was announced as M. Video wich has reserved an area of 2,500 sqm. The remaining areas (800 sqm) will be given over to catering outlets. |
