Praktis has sold ofices in RosPolitekhProekt business center.01.11.2007 Praktis Consulting & Brokerage has sold ofice areas to be located in a redeveloped building on Lesny Prospekt. The investor and gemneral constructor is RosPolitekhProekt. The construcion firm was SPB GPU. The building is originally built in the 1930"s in a consructivist style and has beeb classified as a cultural heritage site. The class B redevelopment wil be complited in the firs quarter of 2008. The improvement of the surrounding territory will include parking for 18 cars. The total area of the sold premises is 1, 100 sqm and the average price was 2,500 u.e. per sqm (exchange rate 31 roubles). |
