Office property

The bank «Saint Petersburg» and the company «Setl City» are launching one of the largest in Saint Petersburg construction projects – a business district of the A class with the area of about 170 000 sq.m in the region of Malaja Ohta.

 The architectural dominant of the business quarter will be the 25-storied office building of the Bank “Saint Petersburg”.
Apart the high-rise building, construction of several -9-storied business centers is projected in the quarter.
Completion of the 1st stage construction, which includes also a building of a bank, is scheduled for the end of 2009. Commission of the second stage is expected in 2012.

The architect of the project on the Malaja Ohta is the architect company “Gerasimov and partners”. The project construction of “A” and “B+” classes office buildings, a large underground 2-leveled parking, double face glazing and all necessary engineering networks and systems in accordance to the requirements of office buildings classification.
