Zinger House

The six-storied building of the Zinger House with a mansard and a basement stores – is a result of profound reconstruction and restoration of the historical building, which before the Revolution belonged to the “Singer” company. It was built in 1904-1906 according to the same technology as the Empire State Building. The building was initially designed as a 30-storied one, but the administrative board of the city prohibited the construction of buildings higher than 6 floors.

Luxuriant décor is combined with advanced technologies.
After the reconstruction completed at the beginning of 2007, there are book trade, a branch of Baltiisky Bank and a café on the first two floors with separate entrances. On the 3 – 7 floors there are representative offices.

Tenants – are the large Russian and foreign companies, such as DLA Piper Rudnik, RMJM, etc.
