Praktis Property & Facility Management Company carries out full service on object operation from consultations at object design stage (participation in formation of the technical design project) before delivery (acceptance of engineering systems from builders, participation in the working and state commissions) and the subsequent technical object operation. We form on object  experts teams of various speciality and skills that are necessary for realization of following functions:

• ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT – maintenance of communications with object tenants (principle of "one" window), formation of management service and/or reception service;
