The Capital Markets team at Praktis Consulting and Brokerage integrates real estate investment and corporate finance expertise with access to global capital. We provide strategic advice and implementation on sales, acquisitions, corporate asset disposals, equity raising, structured and senior debt, and joint ventures, and indirect investment vehicles.

Capital Markets services include:

• Investment Sales: A leader in the sale of single assets and portfolios, we support our clients at all stages of the sales cycle: from pre-offering due diligence, to marketing campaigns, negotiations and due-diligence support, and on through closing.

• Investment Acquisitions: We represent clients at all stages of the acquisition process for single assets and portfolios, from research-based advice on sector and location, through stock selection, due diligence and acquisition.

 • Corporate Finance: We have know-how and experience for complex corporate finance advisory, including Project Development Finance, Structured Equity, Senior Debt, Forward Funding, Refinancing of Senior Debt / Investment Finance, Corporate Finance and Development Consultancy in order to support equity and debt capital raising mandates or Advisory relating to direct equity investments

The strategy of the Corporate Finance offers integrated structured equity and debt-financing services around the following activities:

• Project Development Finance – the arrangement of non-recourse development finance is a core element of the activities of the group. Traditionally our role has involved the arrangement of debt finance for development, although in some cases this has also included the raising of structured equity finance. This activity can include forward funding transactions.

• Senior Debt Refinancing /Investment Finance – advisory and arrangement of a banking debt to refinance existing development loans to allow project sponsor’s full or partial repayment of equity from their completed developments, as an alternative to selling the property. In addition, Corporate Finance targets debt-financing business in support of investment transactions.

• Corporate Finance/Development Consultancy – the group offers corporate finance and development consultancy advice to clients in support of our transactional activities where are instructed to raise capital on behalf of clients.

• Direct Equity Investment –advisory relating to structuring direct equity investments.
